Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• General Studies background.
• External customer-facing sales experience or Lowe's retail experience (6 months).
• 1 year of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience including resolving issues and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and driving sales growth.
• Understand Pro customers' project needs by learning scope, timelines, and material requirements.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries for Pro projects.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts and tickets.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
