Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, identify current and future project opportunities, and grow sales.

You will build relationships, learn project scope, and provide relevant solutions while managing quotes, orders, and deliveries. Responsibilities include promoting Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs, coordinating fulfillment with store teams, and identifying new Pro accounts on the showroom floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of customer service experience resolving issues and building relationships.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by engaging Pro customers and building relationships.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers' project needs and provide solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
• Prospect new Pro customers and build relationships on the sales floor.
