Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers on the floor, understand project scopes and material needs, and drive sales growth.

You will create quotes, blueprints, material lists, and manage orders and deliveries tied to each project, while promoting Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs and coordinating delivery to ensure on-time completion. Team collaboration and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products.
• 1 year of experience providing customer service and resolving issues.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience (6 months).

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers and building relationships.
• Understand Pro customers' project scope, timelines, dependencies, and material needs.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure on-time completion.
• Prospect for new Pro customers and build relationships on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with salesfloor, fulfillment and outside sales teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk and support store operations.
• Continue learning through Lowe’s U and training platforms to improve selling skills.
