Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers on the floor, understand project needs, and offer tailored product solutions. You will manage quotes, blueprints, and material lists while promoting Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.

Maintain Pro Desk organization, coordinate deliveries, and collaborate with store teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Continual training via Lowe’s U enhances product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing sales experience is beneficial.
• Ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• Flexibility to work in a retail environment and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Learn project scope, timelines, dependencies, and material needs to provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries aligned to the Pro project.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to complete projects on time.
• Prospect for new Pro customers by engaging on the sales floor and reviewing Top Accounts.
• Utilize expanded inventory with Pro Extended Aisle and Pro Merchandising to win sales.
• Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside teams for a seamless experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Leverage Lowe’s U and training platforms to stay updated and improve selling skills.
