Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers. You will handle returns, distribute flyers, and collect credit account payments while promoting loyalty programs.

You will build strong relationships with pro customers, assist in upselling, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep the store clean and organized. A valid license and HS diploma are required; automotive parts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP with delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
