Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Customer-Driven Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced store environment.

You will engage with walk-in customers, upsell where appropriate, maintain store cleanliness, manage returns, and support daily credit account collection while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. High school diploma and valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
