Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will pick up returns, distribute flyers, and promote loyalty programs while building strong relationships with pro accounts.

The role requires friendly, persuasive communication, strong product knowledge, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase average transaction value. You will also maintain store cleanliness and assist with stocking and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must have safe driving history and reliable navigation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Willing to upsell and cross-sell to boost sales.
• Strong reading of safety rules, manuals, and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers and stage orders.
• Handle returns and cores.
• Distribute sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Process daily credit account collections.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Keep the store clean and stocked.
• Assist with stock/receiving and cycle counts.
• Engage walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
