Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting sales and loyalty programs. You will collect returns, manage credit accounts, and build strong customer relationships.

You will upsell and cross-sell products, maintain clean stores, stock shelves, and stay knowledgeable about inventory and new arrivals. A valid license and willingness to work varied shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
