Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to professional customers and manage daily credit accounts. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, upsell products, and maintain store cleanliness while stocking and assisting walk-in customers.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and automotive knowledge. Strong communication and sales skills help build pro customer relationships and contribute to sales growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
