Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, drops, and daily credit accounts while promoting sales and loyalty programs.

Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and automotive parts experience is preferred. You will engage with customers, upsell products, and maintain store cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock areas.
• General stocking including back stock and cycle counts.
• Know inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to advise on parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
