Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Driver in Ohio. The role focuses on picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, maintaining inventories, and promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts, support upselling and cross-selling, and ensure store cleanliness and stock accuracy. The position requires strong English communication, basic math, and flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs
• Use basic math and work across days, evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
