Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Blanchester, Ohio, is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, and help keep the store clean and organized, including stock and back stock.

The role requires safe driving, customer service orientation and the ability to work days, evenings and weekends. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred and a valid license with a good driving

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Ability to operate inventory systems and delivery boards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back stock.
• Assist with promoting sales and loyalty programs.
