Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking a driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers, build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts, and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.

You will assist in upselling, cross-selling, and sharing product knowledge, while using the delivery board system and inventory tools. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required, along with the ability to work varied shifts and lift heavy parts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort with basic math for transactions and counts.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pickup returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
