Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Westerville, OH is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to help manage returns. You will upsell and cross-sell, maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs.

This role requires safe driving, strong communication, ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general stocking.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
