Advance Auto Parts Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with Pro customers, upsell and cross-sell, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and use the delivery board system. This role requires safe driving, effective communication, and reliability for varied shifts and physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Safe driving record and navigation skills.
• Clear English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to upsell and promote products to customers.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasional 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Operate inventory systems and the delivery board.
• Engage walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
