Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Ohio is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, collect returns, and drop off sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, manage stocking and inventory, and engage walk-in customers to recommend parts or services.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights learned during deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
