Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Mansfield, OH is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also engage with MainStreet and National Pro accounts, promote loyalty programs, and assist in upselling products to increase average transaction value.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and strong English communication skills. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while making deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts
