Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a customer-focused delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro accounts while promoting CPP and loyalty programs.

The role requires safe driving, basic math, and strong communication skills. You’ll handle inventory, stock maintenance, and occasional upselling to increase order value, with a diverse, physically active work day.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Use basic math accurately for everyday calculations.
• Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
