Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and help maintain stock and showroom cleanliness. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and assist in upselling products during deliveries.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and strong English communication. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is expected; safety and inventory systems knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent English; Spanish a plus.
• Willing to learn new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist with truck/back stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
