Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers and to promote current sales and loyalty programs. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing insights from deliveries to CPP.

You’ll assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory knowledge, staying compliant with safety rules, and ensuring clean, organized store operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, parts catalogs, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
