Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a motivated Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with walk-in customers, upsell relevant products, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities include handling returns, promoting current sales and loyalty programs, collecting credit accounts, and building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
• Other duties as assigned
