Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Manassas, VA is seeking a Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns and cores, drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs, and assist with daily credit account collection.

The role emphasizes safe driving, strong communication, upselling and cross-selling to raise average transactions. Requires a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; physical ability to lift up to 50

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Pick up returns and cores; distribute sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
Daily collection of credit accounts.
Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and general stocking; manage inventory knowledge.
Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and suggest parts or services.
