Advance Auto Parts is seeking a dependable Driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while supporting returns, cores, and weekly promotions. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, and assist in upselling products to raise transaction value.

The role requires maintaining accurate inventory knowledge, engaging with customers, and performing light stocking and back-office duties. Valid driver’s license and good driving record are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and maintain inventory knowledge.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; perform cycle counts and back stock tasks.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
