Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Lexington, VA is seeking a Parts Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and drop off sales flyers promoting current offers and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling parts to raise average transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and stock. A valid driver's license, high school diploma, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
