Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a dedicated Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns and keep the store shelves stocked.

You will engage with customers, upsell where appropriate, maintain safety standards, and support daily operations including inventory handling and credit account collection. Must have a valid driver's license and High School diploma. This role may require weekend shifts and physical effort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak English; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50–100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
