Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Exmore, VA is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver auto parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, distribute sales flyers, and manage daily credit accounts while building strong relationships with pro shoppers.

The role emphasizes upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining a clean store environment. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pickup returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect on credit accounts daily and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock Front/back areas, doors and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
