Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns and cores, and drop off weekly flyers while promoting sales and loyalty programs.

The role requires strong communication, safe driving, and the ability to engage customers, upsell products, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory. A valid driver's license is essential and lifting up to 100 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend parts or services.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and back stock.
