Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will handle returns, distribute flyers for sales and loyalty programs, and collect daily credit accounts while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and the ability to learn inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedures manuals.
• Use basic math accurately for transactions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Possess knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
