Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers and to maintain relationships with key business accounts. You will handle returns, promote loyalty programs, and manage daily credit account collections while contributing to store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and customer information.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock areas.
• General stocking including back stock and cycle counts.
• Know product inventory and new arrivals to assist sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.
