Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will handle returns, daily credit collections, and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license, with strong English communication, a friendly sales mindset, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, parts catalogs
• Use basic math for transactions and measurements
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
• Confidence in engaging customers and promoting products
• Willing to learn about new products and sales techniques

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services
