Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, distribute sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while collecting credit accounts.

The role emphasizes building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upselling products, and maintaining store cleanliness. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; stock and shelf duties.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
