Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly flyers.
• Collection of credit accounts; maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts.
