Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers and pick up returns. You will build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and engage with walk-in customers to recommend parts or services. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, dusting and parking lot.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
