Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Ohio, Massillon area, is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, stock the store, and assist with daily operations.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, friendly customer service, and reliability in meeting delivery schedules. You will engage with walk-in customers and support upselling while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Reliable and safe driving record, ability to navigate to customer sites.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to pro customers, pick and stage orders.
• Pick up returns and cores, stock shelves.
• Promote loyalty programs and current sales to customers.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain store cleanliness and accuracy of stock.
