Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will pick up returns, drop off flyers, collect credit payments, and build relationships with customers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will upsell and cross-sell products, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and assist walk-in customers in finding parts and services that fit their needs. A valid license and reliable driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking and back stock.
