Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, collect returns, and promote current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships, upsell products, maintain store cleanliness, and help stock and inventory while working days, evenings, and weekends. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs and procedure manuals.
• Ability to use basic math and perform calculations in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stock and parking areas.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
