Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, distribute sales flyers, collect credit accounts, and promote loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes building relationships with pro customers, upselling products, and maintaining store organization while leveraging knowledge of inventory and new arrivals to assist customers.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers
• Pick up returns and cores
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs
• Daily collection of credit accounts
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and recommend parts
• Foster knowledge of inventory and new arrivals
