Job summary

Advance-Auto-Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting sales and loyalty programs. You will also handle returns, maintain stock levels, and build relationships with customers.

The role requires safe driving, strong communication, and the ability to upsell and assist walk-in customers with their needs. Training provided for inventory systems and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts or retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales/loyalty programs.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts/services.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize inventory and stock.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase transaction value.
