Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to safely deliver parts to pro customers, pick up returns, and promote loyalty programs. You will collect credits daily and build strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro clients.

Upselling and cross‑selling to increase average transaction value is encouraged, while keeping the store clean and well stocked. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs; basic math skills.
• Automotive parts experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and promote loyalty programs.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; share insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and inventory accuracy.
• Engage with walk‑in customers to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
