Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will gather returns, push weekly flyers, and promote loyalty programs while building relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

Daily credit account collection and strong sales focus are essential. Successful candidates will have a reliable driving record, ability to upsell and cross-sell, and maintain inventory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation skills to deliver to pro customers.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to upsell and promote products.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
