Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Customer Service Driver to pick and deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, distribute flyers, and assist with credit accounts, fostering strong relations with MainStreet and National Pro clients while promoting loyalty programs.

The role requires the ability to upsell, stock shelves, keep the store clean, and manage inventory cycles. A valid driver’s license and basic math, communication, and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
