Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Driver to pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while promoting sales and loyalty programs.

The role involves daily credit account processing, upselling, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The position requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record, high school diploma or equivalent, and automotive parts experience is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with delivery insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
