Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a customer-focused delivery driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers. You will also stock, maintain cleanliness, and support sales initiatives while using the delivery board system.

You’ll engage customers, upsell and cross-sell products, and build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Spanish language ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Stock and maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and suggest parts or services.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
