Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a reliable Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and assist with upselling while maintaining store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

The role requires safe driving, effective communication, and the ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean record

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
Strong customer service orientation and sales aptitude.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Comfort with physical tasks and lifting up to 50-100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and suggest parts or services.
Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels including back stock and cycle counts.
