Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers.

You will also pick up returns and cores, drop off sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers. You will assist in upselling, maintain store cleanliness, manage stock levels, and engage walk-in customers to identify needs and recommend parts or services.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals and parts catalogs.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory counts.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with peers and leadership.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Take returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; perform cycle counts and back stock.
