Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers in a fast-paced retail setting. You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and assist in upselling to raise the average transaction value.

You must have a valid driver's license and high school diploma, with automotive parts experience preferred. The role requires reliable English communication and flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• English speaking and writing required; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock general inventory including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
