Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and engage with customers to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock, including back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
