Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while supporting returns, stocking, and daily credit collections. You will promote current sales and loyalty programs, upsell related items, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and be able to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English clearly for customer interactions.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Perform basic arithmetic for transactions and inventory.
• Fit varied day/evening/weekend schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and manage related paperwork.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers and promote sales/loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assist upselling and cross-selling to increase transaction value.
• Keep store clean and stocked; manage back stock and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers and recommend parts or services.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and new arrivals.
