Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will also handle returns, promotional materials, and credit account collection while building strong relationships with key pro accounts.

Responsibilities include upselling, maintaining store cleanliness and stock, and engaging with walk-in customers to assess needs and suggest parts or services. A valid driver\'s license and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
