Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Driver to pick, stage, and deliver parts to pro customers, while maintaining stock, assisting with upselling, and upholding store cleanliness. This role involves building relationships with pro customers, handling returns, and processing credit accounts.

You will engage with walk-in customers, promote loyalty programs, and work with team members to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries. A valid driver’s license and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
